Welcome to our website!

For over 20 years, The Haifa Center for Chi.L.D. has dedicated itself in the service of the local community. These years were spent establishing new programs and projects as the needs of the local Haifa residents changed and developed. The model here at the Center is "holistic": for us treating children is not enough - parents and entire families are included in the therapeutic process.

Our message is one of hope!

Statistics show that 58% of the youngsters arrested for criminal offense, are learning disabled and/or ADD. We impact on children, their families and society as a whole by providing early intervention and preventing problems from escalating. LD children have high potential. When they are treated early and in time, they go far. Many great people were learning disabled – Louis Pasteur, Alexander Graham Bell, Beethoven, J.F. Kennedy, G.B. Shaw, Henry Ford, and Walt Disney – and the list goes on and on. Their accomplishments speak for themselves.
